Advanced 5X5 by Elliot Hulse. I really don’t think it is possible to continue adding mass without getting stronger, so obviously something like that would be really unfeasible.
I’m not going to argue that one because we have that debate every week.
Again, I can agree to that, but I can’t agree with being twice as effective and 5×5 being “complete bullshit” for building muscle. As I told awinnarisyou, I’m not talking about advancdd here, just considering the benefits of strength training. Pure strength programs tend to be too focused on stimulating the nervous system — the reps are too low, and the loads are too high for hypertrophy to occur.

How should my neck be aligned when deadlifting? I have no beef with someone who has evolved their beliefs, but that doesn’t mean that evolution is necessarily positive.
